Latest news from Tiny Contingent Family Offshoot Unit: 

1. Binged The Queen's Gambit on Netflix and it was really good! It's been a while since I've watched a well-written drama that knows when to start, carry through, and end things. We loved the production quality, lighting, and the costuming, especially. 
2. We're almost at the end of a 36-part lecture series on food from a cultural and historical perspective on Kanopy (ETA: all done!). 
3. Had a revelation about my anxiety and how it's actually tension in the pelvis and hips that's causing me bladder problems, rather than tension in the shoulders or elsewhere.  
4. I accidentally sat on my spectacles while half-asleep. I'm a bit sad about misplacing them in my half-awake state, but have moved on with my back-up spectacles.
